BUT I CANT! dance is my life… ive gotten soo many x-rays on it and evrything and they sttill dont know whats incorrect with it.. ive eeven gotten a bone scan and it showed a break.. but i cant give up dance.. pleaasee helpp!!! what should i doo

If you like dance and much as you described, I suggest you don’t give it up. Just don’t practice hard, take a lot of breaks when you need it. In other words, practice lighty. Give you ankle a break when it needs one, you don’t wanna make your ankle worse, because if it does get worse, you might never be able to dance again. Your injury may be large since even corporal therapy hasn’t worked. Listen to the orothpedics, even though I know it may be hard, just try taking a break all once it a while. Have you tryed a hot fill up bag on your ankle? It works for me, one time I broke my ankle and the hot fill up bag helped heal it nearer. The doctors should know what’s incorrect with your ankle since there is more technoogly by now, I still am shocked that your ankle hasn’t healed for 2 whole years!, (that’s A LOT of seconds when you reckon about it)! well if you have been spraining it a lot, you shouldnt be on it, but since you are, i suggest taping under the arch of your foot and then nearly the back of your ankle a few times, make sure you get htre tape to go high up enough your leg to keep it honest.
